Wedding planning to me is more about serving my couples during a once in a lifetime experience. This time should be full of sweet anticipation. I love designing a day from the moment you wake up until you and your new spouse leave the venue that is unforgettable for you and your guests.
I’ve come to realize that the beauty in the details is really just a reflection of who you are as a couple. I want my couples to look back on their day and remember the laughter in the morning getting dressed, the unexpected quiet moments together as newly weds, and the magnetic energy of being surrounded by the people who love you the most.

At Rachel Kelly Events we focus on elegant and refined designs that are a true reflection of the life you have built as a couple. Your wedding day is an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience that should be enjoyed to the fullest extent.
Having a professional guide you through the planning process and executing the day of will alleviate many of the common stressors leading up to your wedding day. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my couples fully immersed in their wedding day surrounded by their most cherished loved ones. I cannot wait to bring your vision to life and feel so honored to be a part of this process with you and your fiancé.
Depending on the best-fit package, we will typically begin the wedding planning process about 12-18 months out from your intended date. My couples have found the benefit of having a planner from the very beginning, in order to ensure that even before you book your venue you are on the right track with your vision- and your budget. I prioritize finding the absolute best fit vendors for executing your vision, complimenting your personalities, and staying within your designated budget for each area.
