For me, I love when a Charlottesville wedding hits my inbox. It means tasting trips and site visits met with evenings at Potters Craft Cider, breakfast runs to MarieBette Café for the best apple tart and pretzel-croissant hybrid you’ve ever had, and to top it off- a stop at Pippin Hill Farm for a five star meal. All that to say, nothing beats the beauty of the Virginia wine country and mountain foothills. The venues in Charlottesville feel like you are in another world…and that’s exactly how Gallison Hall feels.
We toured a number of venues, but nothing stood out like Gallison. Owned by the nicest family, they really thought through every detail to make your wedding special. Mattie and Jack loved the wow factor of the tree-lined drive and stunning manor house. The garden ceremony, while hovering just above 100 degrees, felt like a dream! We keep things moving. The pool house was the perfect spot for cocktail hour and a quick transition down the grand staircase to the sailcloth tent to end the night was wedding perfection.
These highschool sweethearts had the most magical day.
